In October 2024, Weihai Jinhong Technology's 0.5GWh solid-state battery production line entered the trial production stage. This production line is located in Xicheng Science and Technology Industrial Park, Huancui District, Weihai City, and is a significant step towards mass production of solid-state batteries.

Jinhong Technology's solid-state battery technology effectively improves battery safety and conducts process development and optimization for battery manufacturing, basically matching existing battery production equipment and material systems, with production costs close to liquid batteries. At present, Jinhong Company has formed a diversified solid-state battery product catalog, including energy storage batteries, power batteries, and marine batteries and marine electric propulsion systems in plan, with specifications covering 30Ah to 100Ah. Among them, the cycle number of energy storage solid-state batteries can reach 15000 times, and the working temperature is from -40 ℃ to 80 ℃; The energy density of the power solid-state battery reaches 330wh/kg, with over 1500 cycles, and can work at temperatures ranging from -25 ℃ to 80 ℃; At present, Jinhong Technology has established cooperation intentions with multiple domestic energy storage enterprises and new energy vehicle companies, and has started to deliver batteries gradually.

Based on the company's development and market demand, we have reached an intention agreement with the government to integrate the existing 300,000 square-meter industrial park (including workshops, office buildings, dormitories, dining hall, and other facilities), initiate the construction of a large-scale solid-state battery production line, and expand production capacity. The planned automated production line will cover energy storage batteries, power batteries, marine battery products, and PACK lines, striving to create a high standard solid-state battery production base. According to business development, Puyi Company and Jinhong Technology will gradually integrate personnel and assets for group management.
